SHB Celebrates the Graduation of the Sixth Group Through Its Management Trainee Program

SHB recently held an award ceremony celebrating the completion of its sixth Management Trainee Program for Saudi graduates. Dr. Bernd van Linder, Managing Director of SHB, asserted during the ceremony the importance of supporting young graduates, specialized in different fields, to prepare them well to hold positions of responsibility. The graduates had all participated effectively in SHB’s Management Trainee Program.

Saad Al-Arfaj, SHB’s General Manager Human Resources, explained the nature and importance of the program which included 4 main elements: the Basics of Personal Banking, the Concepts of Corporate Banking, Investment & Treasury Management, and a series of practical exercises. The program lasted for 65 days and the trainees all had the opportunity to become familiar with operations in different departments of the Bank.
